CCTV TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and technically experienced CCTV Technician to join our growing team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting CCTV and surveillance systems for various projects.
LOCATION: Umm Al Quwain, UAE
POSTING DATE: 25 August 2026
EMPLOYMENT: Full-Time
SALARY: AED 5,000 per month
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Install and configure CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
– Perform routine maintenance and inspections of CCTV equipment.
– Diagnose and troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, cabling, and connectivity issues.
– Configure CCTV recording systems and network-connected devices.
– Ensure cameras are correctly positioned for maximum surveillance coverage.
– Test CCTV systems after installation and maintenance.
– Handle different types of CCTV cameras, lenses, DVRs, and NVRs.
– Assist with CCTV networking, IP addressing, and system connectivity.
– Identify technical faults and provide effective solutions.
– Maintain proper installation standards and ensure systems operate reliably.
– Follow company safety procedures and technical requirements.
– Prepare basic technical reports and update the team regarding completed work.
REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
– Strong practical knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance technology.
– Proficiency in CCTV installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
– Good knowledge of DVR/NVR systems, CCTV cameras, lenses, cabling, and networking principles.
– Understanding of proper camera placement for optimal monitoring and security coverage.
– Relevant certificate from an authorized authority is required.
– Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
– Willingness to work on-site and handle different project requirements.
– Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
