Almond Chocolate Factory is expanding its workforce and welcoming local and foreign applicants to join our professional chocolate packaging team.
We are currently hiring for the:
CHOCOLATE PACKAGING STAFF
Successful candidates will be responsible for packing, labeling, inspecting, and preparing chocolate products for storage and distribution while following company quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Pack chocolate products carefully and accurately.
– Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
– Label, seal, and prepare finished products for storage and shipment.
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.
– Follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
– Work efficiently with team members to meet daily production targets.
No previous experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided to newly hired employees before they begin their regular duties.
MONTHLY SALARY
SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,500 per month
Final salary may vary depending on experience, performance, attendance, assigned shift, and other applicable factors.
ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS
– Room Allowance: SGD 250/month
– Full Attendance Bonus: SGD 300/month
– Meal Allowance: SGD 10/working day
– Transportation Allowance: SGD 5/working day
– Morning Shift Allowance: SGD 15/working day
– Evening Shift Allowance: SGD 25/working day
– Evening Shift Incentive: Up to SGD 500/month for eligible employees who complete a full month on the evening shift
– Overtime Opportunities: Available depending on production requirements
WORKING SCHEDULE
– 5 working days per week
– 2 scheduled rest days per week
– Rotating shifts may be required
– Shift schedules are assigned according to operational requirements

– Male and female applicants are welcome
– Age: 18–55 years
– Physically fit and able to perform packaging duties
– Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
– Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
– Willing to follow company policies and safety procedures
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Willing to work rotating shifts when required
