ARAMEX LOGISTICS UAE is recruiting motivated, responsible, and qualified candidates for a range of full-time positions in warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, administration, accounting, inventory control, and general support.

 

This opportunity is suitable for both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates who are willing to learn, work responsibly, and develop their careers in the UAE.

 

Candidates with experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, administration, accounting, inventory management, customer service, and general operations are encouraged to apply.

CURRENT VACANCIES

 

1. Logistics Supervisor

 

Salary: AED 6,000/month

 

Responsible for supervising daily warehouse and logistics operations, coordinating staff, monitoring productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing operational reports, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring company safety procedures are followed.

 

Preferred: Previous supervisory or warehouse management experience.

 

2. Accountant / Administrative Officer

 

Salary: AED 5,300/month

 

Responsible for accounting records, invoices, financial documentation, administrative support, payroll assistance, office correspondence, document organization, and other daily office activities.

 

Preferred: Accounting, finance, or administrative experience.

 

3. Warehouse In-Charge

 

Salary: AED 5,000/month

 

Oversees warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch operations, staff coordination, stock inspections, warehouse organization, and daily operational planning.

 

4. Data Entry Operator

 

Salary: AED 4,500/month

 

Responsible for entering and updating shipment information, inventory records, logistics documentation, reports, and electronic files.

 

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.

 

5. Heavy Vehicle Driver

 

Salary: AED 4,500/month

 

Responsible for transporting goods between warehouses, distribution centers, and customer locations while following UAE traffic regulations and company transportation procedures.

 

Requirement: Appropriate UAE-recognized driving qualification for the assigned vehicle.

 

6. Storekeeper

 

Salary: AED 4,000/month

 

Responsible for receiving goods, recording stock movements, issuing inventory, maintaining warehouse documentation, monitoring stock levels, organizing storage areas, and supporting stock audits.

 

7. Forklift Operator

 

Salary: AED 3,900/month

 

Responsible for safely loading and unloading goods, moving inventory, organizing warehouse storage areas, inspecting equipment, and following workplace safety procedures.

 

Preferred: Previous forklift operating experience and relevant certification where required.

 

8. Light Vehicle Driver

 

Salary: AED 3,800/month

 

Responsible for transporting parcels, documents, staff, and light cargo while maintaining safe and timely deliveries.

 

Duties include following assigned routes, vehicle inspections, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, completing delivery documentation, and complying with UAE traffic regulations.

 

9. Packing Helper

 

Salary: AED 2,500/month

 

Supports warehouse operations by packing orders, labeling shipments, checking packaging quality, preparing goods for dispatch, organizing packing materials, and assisting warehouse staff.

 

Suitable for: Entry-level applicants seeking experience in logistics and warehouse operations.

 

10. Cleaner / Loader / General Helper

 

Salary: AED 2,400/month

 

Provides general operational support, including cleaning warehouse areas, loading and unloading cargo, moving materials, organizing equipment, assisting warehouse teams, and completing general duties assigned by supervisors.

 

Preferred: Physically fit, responsible, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

 

GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Depending on the position, employees may be required to:

 

– Receive and verify incoming shipments.

– Check goods for quantity, condition, and documentation.

– Organize inventory according to company procedures.

– Pack products safely for delivery.

– Prepare customer orders accurately.

– Maintain inventory and shipment records.

– Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.

– Operate warehouse equipment safely where authorized.

– Support supervisors with daily operations.

– Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams.

– Maintain clean and organized work areas.

– Complete required reports and documentation.
