CAT CARE ASSISTANT / PET CARE ASSISTANT
We are currently looking for caring, responsible, detail-oriented, and animal-loving individuals to join our pet care team in Kowloon, Hong Kong. This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with cats and want to develop practical experience in professional animal care.

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Salary: HKD 19,400 per month
Working Schedule: 5–6 days per week, shift-based

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Cat Care Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily care, cleanliness, safety, and comfort of cats in the facility. The successful candidate will work as part of a team and follow established procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for the animals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide daily care and companionship for cats
Prepare food and fresh drinking water according to daily schedules
Clean and maintain cat rooms, cages, resting areas, and activity spaces
Monitor cats’ general health, behavior, appetite, and daily condition
Report unusual behavior or health concerns to the responsible staff
Assist with basic animal care and daily facility operations
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Help ensure cats have a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment
Support the team with routine cleaning and organizational tasks
Follow workplace safety, animal-care, and hygiene procedures
Assist with other reasonable duties related to daily pet care operations
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who are responsible, patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in working with animals. Applicants do not necessarily need previous professional pet-care experience, as training will be provided.
Ideal candidates should:
Have a genuine interest in cats and animals
Be responsible, patient, and attentive to detail
Be willing to work shifts and 5–6 days per week
Be comfortable performing cleaning and routine care duties
Be able to work independently as well as within a team
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Be physically able to perform routine workplace duties
Be committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment
SALARY & BENEFITS
Monthly salary of HKD 19,400
