A well-established chocolate milk manufacturing company in Singapore is expanding its production team and seeking motivated individuals for Production Operator / Packer positions.

Previous factory experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
MONTHLY SALARY
SGD 2,600 – SGD 3,600 per month
Actual earnings may vary depending on shift assignment, attendance, overtime, performance, and company incentive schemes.
ALLOWANCES & INCENTIVES
– Accommodation Allowance: SGD 250/month
– Full Attendance Bonus: SGD 300/month
– Meal Allowance: SGD 10 per working day
– Transportation Allowance: SGD 5 per working day
– Day Shift Allowance: SGD 15 per working day
– Evening/Night Shift Allowance: SGD 25 per working day
– Special Night Shift Incentive: SGD 500/month for eligible employees completing a full month on the evening/night shift
– Overtime opportunities available according to operational requirements
– Performance recognition and incentives may be available
WORKING SCHEDULE
– 4 working days per week
– Multiple rest days each week
– Rotational shifts according to operational requirements
SHIFT OPTIONS
Day Shift
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening/Night Shift
5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Employees assigned to evening or night shifts may receive additional shift allowances and incentives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates will assist with the production and packaging of chocolate milk products, including:
– Operating automated production and packaging machinery
– Monitoring equipment and production processes
– Packing finished products into cartons and shipping boxes
– Sealing, labeling, sorting, and palletizing products
– Conducting basic quality inspections
– Reporting production issues to supervisors
– Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
– Following food safety regulations and company SOPs
– Working with team members to achieve daily production targets
– Supporting inventory movement and other production activities when required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– No previous experience required
– Full training provided
– Male and female applicants welcome
– Minimum age: 18 years
– Maximum age: 60 years
– Foreign applicants welcome
– Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
– Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment
– Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
– Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
TRAINING & CAREER DEVELOPMENT
