NOW HIRING – PACKER / PRODUCTION WORKER

POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Packer / Production Worker
Department: Production & Packing
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Locations: Senoko, Woodlands & Tuas, Singapore
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,300 – 3,650
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Schedule: 4 Days Work / 2 Days Rest
Shift: Rotating Schedule
Overtime: Available, subject to production requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Pack finished ice cream and frozen dessert products.
– Check product labels, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
– Ensure products are properly sealed, labelled, and prepared for distribution.
– Identify damaged or defective products and report them to supervisors.
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production and packing areas.
– Follow food hygiene, workplace safety, and company procedures.
– Handle products according to required temperature-control procedures.
– Assist with moving products between production, packing, and storage areas.
– Support inventory and storage activities when required.
– Work with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
– Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized.
– Follow instructions from supervisors and report production issues promptly.
– Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
WORKING SCHEDULE
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employees will follow a 4-days-work, 2-days-rest rotating schedule. Rest days may vary depending on production requirements.
Overtime may be available when additional production support is required. Eligible overtime will be compensated according to the applicable employment terms.
SALARY & POTENTIAL BENEFITS
Advertised Monthly Income: SGD 2,300 – 3,650
Potential salary components may include:
– Basic Salary: SGD 2,300 – 3,650/month
– Room Allowance: SGD 150/month
– Attendance Bonus: SGD 100/month
– Meal Allowance: SGD 15/day
– Shift Allowance: SGD 15–25/shift
– Overtime Pay: Additional payment for eligible overtime
– Annual Bonus: Subject to company terms

TRAINING PROVIDED
Previous factory or packing experience may not be required. Training may be provided in:

REQUIREMENTS

– Be at least 18 years old.
