Working Schedule: Rotating Shifts — Morning, Afternoon & Night
Monthly Salary: HKD 14,000–18,000
Actual earnings may vary depending on shift arrangements, overtime, attendance, operational requirements, and applicable employer policies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will perform cleaning and housekeeping duties in assigned railway stations while following established hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Key responsibilities include:
– Cleaning station platforms and passenger waiting areas.
– Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors.
– Cleaning ticketing halls, customer service areas, and station entrances.
– Maintaining clean exits, corridors, and public walkways.
– Cleaning escalators, elevators, staircases, handrails, and glass surfaces.
– Cleaning designated offices and staff areas when required.
– Cleaning public toilets and replenishing hygiene supplies.
– Emptying rubbish bins and transferring waste to designated collection areas.
– Collecting recyclable materials according to company procedures.
– Removing dust from walls, windows, signs, barriers, and station furniture.
– Sanitising frequently touched surfaces.
– Using approved cleaning equipment and chemicals according to safety procedures.
– Inspecting assigned areas to ensure required cleanliness standards are maintained.
– Reporting damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, and safety hazards to supervisors.
– Following workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
– Supporting additional cleaning duties during busy periods and special events.
– Working cooperatively with supervisors and colleagues to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should demonstrate the following qualities and abilities:
– Previous cleaning experience is not required.
– Full job-related training will be provided.
– Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning duties.
– Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform cleaning activities for extended periods.
– Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
– Responsible, punctual, reliable, and dependable.
– Honest with a positive and professional attitude.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
– Able to work independently with appropriate supervision.
