Available Positions
– Full-Time Store Crew
– Part-Time Store Crew
Vacancies are available at selected MIXUE stores across Hong Kong. Store placement will depend on operational and staffing requirements.
Salary
Full-Time
HK$15,000–HK$23,000 per month
Salary may vary according to qualifications, experience, duties, performance, store location, and work schedule.
Part-Time
HK$65–HK$85 per hour
The hourly rate may depend on experience, availability, location, shift flexibility, and performance.
Additional working hours may be available according to business needs.
Working Schedule
Employees will work according to rotating schedules arranged by the company.
– 8 working hours per shift
– 1-hour meal/rest break
– 6 working days per week
– 1 rotating day off per week
– Morning, afternoon, evening, and closing shifts
– Weekend and public holiday work may be required
– Overtime opportunities may be available
– Shift schedules will be communicated in advance whenever possible
Key Responsibilities
Store Crew members may be responsible for:
– Preparing ice cream and beverages according to company standards
– Preparing tea, coffee, smoothies, fruit drinks, and other menu items
– Greeting and assisting customers professionally
– Taking orders accurately
– Operating the POS and handling payments
– Answering customer questions about products and promotions
– Maintaining cleanliness of the store and work areas
– Cleaning equipment, utensils, and preparation stations
– Following food hygiene and safety procedures
– Restocking ingredients, packaging, and supplies
– Monitoring inventory and reporting shortages
– Receiving and organizing deliveries
– Checking product quality and freshness
– Assisting with store opening and closing procedures
– Following company policies and operational standards
– Working cooperatively with supervisors and team members
– Performing other duties assigned by management
Requirements
– Open to applicants of all nationalities
– Minimum age of 18
– High school graduate or equivalent
– Male and female applicants welcome
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
– Previous food service, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage
– No previous experience required; training provided
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Friendly, responsible, honest, and reliable
– Willingness to learn
– Positive and customer-focused attitude
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
– Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
